  • On January 29, 2007 we received a signed copy of Contract Number GS-06F-0545Z dated December 21, 2007.
  • On January 31, 2007 all prime contractors participated in a GSA Webinar that covered primarily what was addressed in the contract we received on January 29, 2007.
  • On February 1, 2007 NAID received its Notice to proceed (NTP) via email from GSA
  • Within 30 days of the NTP we must develop a web page that includes:
    • A list of all team members proposed and their capability/area of expertise
    • A description of the functional area services awarded under the GWAC

We thank all of you who responded to our request for an updated corporate capabilities matrix. It has been some time (e.g., 19+ months) since the collective corporate capabilities of the team have been updated and the information you provided to us will be used to update your capabilities in accordance with the web page requirements previously mentioned. In that regard, GSA requested that we send all marketing material to them for review and we in turn are asking that you forward the appropriate marketing brochures, flyers, etc. to us so we in turn may comply.

For those Team Members who have yet to provide us with the previously requested Capabilities Matrix, please contact our Program Manager as soon as possible (301) 599-7085 ext. 225.

Upcoming requirements/events:

  • In the near term we will be requesting our Team Members provide us with a confirmation of their Principal Point of Contact with position title, email address, phone, fax and cell numbers, along with the same information for their contracting officer/contracts manager/contract specialist, their chief financial officer (CFO) and, Proposal Manager.
  • Strongly recommend each Team Member set up a “group” mailbox to which we can send all Task Orders, Task Order RFPs, etc. to preclude any of our team from missing out on key information when the Principal POC is out.
  • The NAID Team Headquarters is making arrangements to conduct a kick off meeting on or about February 20, 2007 in the metropolitan DC area and more details will be sent out soon.

The NAID Team Headquarters is heavy into the review and editing of Subcontract Agreements and we will be sending drafts for your review in the near future.
