A key element of our management system is the Contract Execution process. This process defines activities for the startup and execution of contract activities, including establishing performance goals, standards, and processes. Our Internal Audit process ensures that we conform to these goals, standards, and processes, and uses our Corrective Action process to correct nonconformities.
Finally, we use our Customer Feedback process to ensure continuing customer satisfaction with the timeliness, quality, and cost of our services.
